The Thriver Workbook
“The Thriver Workbook offers faith, courage and dignity to women who have survived the destructive and selfish actions of abusive men. Susan's message is 'Don't settle for anything less than a life that is better than ever.' She knows that women can do it, and by the time a woman has worked her way through this excellent guidebook for healing, she will believe it too."
— Lundy Bancroft, author, Why Does He Do That?: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men
The Thriver Workbook: Journey from Victim to Survivor to Thriver! by Susan M. Omilian sets forth the motivational guidance that Susan has successfully used since 2001 in her My Avenging Angel Workshops™ to help women permanently break the cycle of violence in their lives.
With simple, easy-to-use worksheets, checklists and writing prompts as well as inspirational thriver success stories, The Thriver Workbook takes the reader step-by-step through the interactive exercises offered in Susan's workshops for women who have faced domestic violence, sexual assault or other physical or emotional abuse.
The Thriver Workbook is the “road map” for women to take the journey from victim to survivor to thriver!
