The Thriver Workbook:
Journey from Victim to Survivor to Thriver!

collage_flower_textAfter the death of Susan's niece Maggie, who was killed in 1999 by her ex-boyfriend, Susan vowed to work with women who, unlike Maggie, did survive and could move on after the abuse to reclaim their lives. Today, Susan's work is set forth in The Thriver Workbook: Journey from Victim to Survivor to Thriver!

With easy-to-use worksheets, interactive writing exercises and inspirational success stories from those who have survived abuse, The Thriver Workbook provides women with a "road map" to permanently break the cycle of violence in their lives.

Living well indeed will be their best revenge!

One quarter of the women in the United States (more than 12 million) will be subjected to abuse and its lingering aftermath in their lifetimes. The Thriver Workbook shows these women how to live well, be happy and feel strong and confident once again.

The Tragic Death of Susan's Niece, Maggie

Maggie vinetteAfter the death of Maggie, her nineteen-year-old niece who was killed in 1999 by an ex-boyfriend, Susan Omilian wanted to motivate women to move on and transform their lives after abuse as Maggie could not. She developed her My Avenging Angel Workshops™ and now with the publication of The Thriver Workbook, Susan brings her work and Maggie's story to a wider audience. Here are some of the reasons why Susan has devoted herself to honoring her niece in this way.
